When registering your apk68 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Pakistan, and a valid contact email address. apk68 relies on the accuracy of this information to process withdrawals, verify identity, and comply with its international licensing obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the apk68 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited. Where apk68 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation. Real money deposits made into duplicate accounts may be returned to the originating payment method at apk68's discretion.

apk68 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Members may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. apk68 may request KYC documents at any stage — including prior to the first withdrawal, during a periodic account review, or where unusual account activity is detected. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. apk68 will treat any activity performed using your credentials as having been authorised by you. All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name. apk68 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not matching the apk68 member's verified identity will be reversed and may trigger an account review. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the apk68 cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified apk68 account. apk68 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Real money balances that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. apk68 targets withdrawal processing within standard industry timeframes, though delays caused by third-party payment processors or KYC requirements are outside apk68's direct control.

Each game available on the apk68 platform is governed by its own set of rules supplied by the relevant software provider. These provider rules operate alongside and are supplementary to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence except where the game rules relate purely to gameplay mechanics, in which case the provider rules shall apply.

apk68 sets minimum and maximum betting limits per game and per transaction. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice. apk68 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified that may suggest abuse of the platform or its promotional systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet placed on apk68, the affected round or wager will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the member's account balance. apk68 is not liable for any losses — real or perceived — arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service outages, or force majeure events. The apk68 decision regarding the outcome of a malfunction is final.

All content on the apk68 platform — including but not limited to the apk68 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software code, databases, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of apk68 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership, license, or right to use apk68's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the apk68 platform without obtaining prior written consent from apk68. Unauthorised use of apk68 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable international law.

apk68 makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to its platform. However, apk68 does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external factors outside apk68's control — including internet service disruptions across Pakistani telecoms networks — may result in temporary unavailability. apk68 accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk68's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their apk68 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. apk68 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

You acknowledge and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your apk68 account. apk68 provides gaming entertainment services and does not guarantee any particular outcome, winning frequency, or return to player (RTP) result for any individual session. You gamble solely at your own risk. If gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, personal relationships, or mental health, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your apk68 account settings or contact the apk68 support team immediately.

apk68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) the member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the member has provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) the member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (d) the member is accessing apk68 from a restricted jurisdiction; or (e) regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate account closure. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach by the member, all balances including real money deposits may be withheld pending investigation.

You may request the closure of your apk68 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within standard processing timeframes. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are subject to the responsible gaming policy terms detailed separately on the apk68 platform.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk68 holds its international gaming license. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and apk68, you should first contact the apk68 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. apk68 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with apk68's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority designated by apk68's international gaming license. apk68's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus abuse is final and binding.

apk68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Terms and Conditions Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the apk68 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using apk68 and request account closure as described in Clause 9.2.
